As school leaders develop strategies to supports students' mental health, peer-to-peer support can be an important untapped resource. In the workshop participants learned how schools are implementing peer-to-peer mental health support programs that offer prevention and early intervention strategies to address student well-being. High school peer counselors discussed their experiences.
