  • Develop high levels of oral fluency and literacy in both Mandarin and English.
  • Make yearly adequate progress on Mandarin language based on American Council on the Teaching of Foreign Laguages (ACTFL) Standards.
  • Meet and exceed English language content standards.
  • Obtain recognition in Biliteracy Pathway Awards yearly and California Seal of Biliteracy (at high school guaduation).
  • Pass High School AP Exam in 9th grade.
  • Demonstrate positive self-esteem, cross cultural attitudes and behaviors including the ability to participate effectively in a global society.
